Made the slime using crayola color glue from the Dollar Tree and added glitter, I kept the rest of the recipe the same and used Walmarts equate Saline Solution. slime came out perfect, Just a note the crayola glue was 3 ounces so I halved the recipe.

In reply to Aimee. I wouldn't make it weeks in advance it does start to lose its stretchiness after some time. If you can keep it air tight sealed (no air exposed to the slime) then a few days before should be fine.

Hi, my daughter wants to make slime for her school market day. We were just wondering how long this would ‘keep’ for? Does it harden or separate if made weeks in advance?
