In reply to Winnie. It shouldn't once it's fully made and kneaded. You can always use glitter glue also which cuts out the step of food coloring.

Hi! I love how glittery this is. Will the food coloring transfer onto your hands after it’s done? We’re making it at a birthday party, I’m not sure I want 8 year old girls running around with food coloring hands lol.
