Just made 2 batches and they worked out beautifully. I used the Elmer blue glitter glue and Elmer turquoise metallic glue since I couldn’t find the green glitter glue anywhere. I added the full 1/4 cup of water and found it sticks to my fingers a bit, but I made it a couple of days before I need it, so I’m thinking it will be perfect by then. Might use slightly less water next time if I plan to use it right away. Thank you for the recipe! And the beautiful video. It’s mesmerizing!

It shouldn’t be much more than 6oz since that is how much glue that is used.

Yes you can but we haven’t tested the amount so make sure you add it in slowly so you don’t overactive it.

Yes only 1/2 teaspoon. We have tested our recipes with less baking soda and are now only putting in 1/2 teaspoon as that is all that is needed. Too much baking soda and it actually makes the slime too hard.

Hi Sandi – if it’s too runny it could be that your contact lens solution does not have the right ingredient to turn it into slime. The other thing is there could be too much water added in. You can cut back on the amount of water added and that should help!
