Just like regular cake, you can leave them at room temperature for a few hours for a party. But if storing longer you should place them in the fridge.

Just a small ice cream scoop or you can even just use a spoon. Make them about 1 inch across in size. We also link to a cake pop mold above if you want them to all be the exact same size. This should make at least 12 cake pops. The larger the cake you make, the more cake pops you can make.
