If you are making a lot you could put them on smaller trays or separate them so you only take out about half at a time.

I like it a lot. Followed the recipe w strawberries. Is there some kind of trick to keep it from melting? They were half melted before I finished clearing the baking tray and my kitchen is 68 degrees Fahrenheit
