Hi! I know that by the time they go to lunch the warm items aren’t warm anymore; question; do you put an ice pack to keep things cold? I wasn’t sure if these “hot items” can sit out for couple hours without an ice pack?

In reply to Kristin. If your kids prefer to have those items warm, you'll need to pack them separately in a thermos. Otherwise they will not be warm by the time lunch time hits.
