Supplies to Make a Gnome Beard Countdown
- Free Printable Gnome Beard Countdown (Get this gnome printable sent straight to your inbox! See the bottom of the post for the form to get the cards emailed to you.)
- Cotton Balls – we used this size (1.5″ x 1.5″)
- Red Ribbon (for hanging)
- Hole Puncher
- Tape
How to Make a Gnome Beard Countdown
1. Print off our free printable.
You can get the printable on the bottom of the post, on the form with the preview of the template.
2. Laminate.
This step is optional, but if you laminate the gnome it will stay in better shape to re-use every year.
Use a laminator or use self-laminating sheets.
3. Cut it out.
4. Hole punch the top.
If you plan on hanging the gnome, make a hole punch at the top.
5. Add a red ribbon to the top for hanging.
6. Starting December 1st, add a cotton ball to each calendar day.
Use tape to stick the cotton ball on.
Continue adding a cotton ball each day until the gnome’s beard is filled.
